Scaling a Luxury Meditation Studio for Growth & Franchising
This boutique-style, group fitness-based luxury meditation studio offered a full-service menu of guided classes, self-led meditations, and alternative therapy treatments. While business had been steady since opening three years prior, the goal was to scale and prepare for franchising.
Challenge: Generating sustainable growth and a replicable sales model.
The studio needed a strategy to increase lead generation while ensuring a seamless sales process that could be standardized for future franchise locations. Without a structured sales funnel or a defined process for converting leads into members, growth had been limited.

By refining the studio’s messaging and launching a strategic Meta ads lead generation campaign, the sales pipeline saw a dramatic surge in new prospects.
